Terms of Service

DIAMO ELITE LIMITED ("we", "us") is a UK-based supplier of certified lab-grown loose diamonds, incorporated in London. These Terms govern your use of the website and any purchase, custom order, Diamo Invest deposit, or partner agreement entered into with us.

All prices shown on the website are indicative until confirmed by our trade desk. An order is binding once we issue a written confirmation (email or signed PI). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before confirmation.

Per-carat pricing is determined by carat tier, color, clarity and shape; the currency selector on the site converts a EUR reference price at the prevailing display rate. Final invoiced amounts are in EUR unless agreed otherwise. Crypto settlement (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT) is accepted at quoted rates.

Every loose stone is supplied with an IGI report. The stone ID inscribed on the girdle matches the report. If a stone is received and the report does not match, we replace or refund at our cost.

Loose diamonds ship fully insured via Brink's, Malca-Amit or FedEx Priority, depending on destination and value. Typical lead time is 2–3 weeks for custom and in-stock single stones; bulk parcels are quoted on confirmation. Risk transfers on delivery to the address you provide. Every order includes up to 3 business days of preparation (final QC, IGI verification and secure packaging) before dispatch; the delivery timeline is counted from the moment the parcel leaves our vault.

Stock stones may be returned within 14 days of delivery for full refund, provided the stone is unaltered, accompanied by its report and original packaging, and returned via insured courier at your cost. Custom-cut and certified-on-demand stones are non-returnable once produced.

Diamo Invest allocates carats at the tier price stated at deposit time. Minimum term is 3 months from deposit date. Exit on 2 weeks notice after the minimum term. Monthly carat uplift is a target, not a guarantee, and is paid in carats — not in currency. Withdrawals are available as loose stones (4-week ship) or as EUR, USD, GBP, BTC, ETH or USDC. Diamo Invest is not regulated financial advice.

Partner commissions and override rates are stated on the Partners page and confirmed in writing when an account is opened. Commissions are paid monthly on shipped, paid invoices, less any returns or chargebacks. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misrepresent DIAMO ELITE or our certification.

All trademarks, photography, copy, and design on this website are the property of DIAMO ELITE or our licensors. Partners may use approved assets for promotional purposes in line with our brand guide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the purchase of a stone or use of the website is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of London, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
