Melee Diamonds — pavé-ready parcels from €700

IGI (and every major lab) issues per-stone reports only from roughly 0.20 ct upwards — below that, the grading fee and laser inscription cost more than the stone itself, and the inscription would be invisible to the naked eye. Melee is graded and sold as a calibrated parcel: every stone in the lot is cut, colour- and clarity-matched to the same specification, so a single parcel-level document covers the whole lot. This is the global industry standard for melee, not a DIAMO ELITE limitation.

An IGI parcel certificate is a lab-issued document that confirms lab-grown origin, total carat weight, piece count, colour range (e.g. D–F or Fancy Vivid Yellow) and clarity range (e.g. VS+) for the entire sealed parcel. It does not grade each stone individually, but guarantees that every stone in the lot falls within the stated ranges. It is available on separate request for an additional per-parcel charge.

Only for our 0.10 ct Signature Melee — this size is large enough for IGI to issue a per-stone report. The 0.02 ct and 0.03 ct sizes are below the practical threshold for individual grading and are only available with parcel-level documentation. Per-stone reports on 0.10 ct stones are quoted on request.

Three ways. First, the optional IGI parcel certificate confirms origin, colour range and clarity range for the whole lot. Second, every parcel ships in a tamper-evident sealed package with a QR-linked lot number tied to our internal QA record. Third, sealed parcels are returnable within 14 days if the stones materially differ from the agreed specification — see our returns policy for melee.

Melee diamonds are small, calibrated diamonds — typically 0.005 ct to 0.20 ct — used to set pavé, halos, eternity bands, watch dials and accent stones. DIAMO ELITE supplies IGI-graded lab-grown melee in three calibrated sizes: 0.02 ct, 0.03 ct and 0.10 ct.

The minimum order is 100 pieces per size. Larger parcels (500, 1,000, 5,000+ pieces) are quoted individually with tiered per-carat pricing.

Yes. Our 0.03 ct and 0.02 ct sizes are available in colourless (D–F), Fancy Vivid Pink and Fancy Vivid Yellow. Custom colour parcels are matched to your reference sample.

Unopened, sealed melee parcels may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any bespoke or custom-matched lots. Opened parcels are accepted only if the stones materially differ from the agreed specification, subject to our quality review.
